After my completion of Bachelor’s in Hospitality and Catering Technology, I have joined the prestigious ITC Hotels, as a Hotel Management Trainee (HMT). I had the exposure of working ITC Royal Bengal, Kolkata and then as a pre opening team of ITC Ratnadipa, Colombo, ITC’s first international Hotel. I also got exposure in Front Office in ITC Grand Central, Mumbai. For my Manager Understudy phase, I had the opportunity to work in ITC Maurya, New Delhi and Hotels Division Headquarters, Gurugram. I have experience as a trainee in ITC Maurya, New Delhi where I worked with the Front Office, Housekeeping, Food Production and Food and Beverage Services department over a span of 4 months.
