Quality assurance is my passion and profession. I have a Master\'s degree in Computer Applications from Graphic Era University, where I acquired the skills and knowledge to design, develop, and test various software applications. As a former QA Lead at Paytm, one of India\'s leading digital payment platforms, I developed and implemented comprehensive quality assurance strategies to improve product quality and reduce defects.
