I am a network and cloud security expert with over 10 years of experience in the field. As the Lead of Trust and Safety at Google, I oversee the protection of Google\'s products, users, and data from malicious actors and threats. I hold the CCIE Security and Google PCA certifications, which demonstrate my proficiency and knowledge in network security, threat intelligence, cloud security, intrusion prevention, firewall configuration, and security solution design.Prior to joining Google, I was the Manager of Information Security and Analytics at Jio, where I was responsible for the security infrastructure and architecture for cloud environments, as well as developing threat intelligence. I also have experience working as an Engineer at Cisco and Dell SonicWALL, where I provided technical support and troubleshooting for various enterprise customers and devices. My mission is to ensure the safety and security of Google\'s products, users, and data, and to contribute to the advancement and innovation of the network and cloud security field.    Be Google face while supporting large enterprise customer’s problems through effective diagnosis, resolution, or implementation of new investigation tools to increase productivity for customer issues on Google Cloud Platform products. Develop an in-depth understanding of Google\'s product technology and underlying architectures by troubleshooting, reproducing, determining the root cause for customer reported issues, and building tools for faster diagnosis. Act as a consultant and subject matter expert for internal stakeholders in engineering, sales, and customer organizations to resolve technical deployment obstacles and improve Google Cloud. Improving the internal and external technical documentation to help GCP customers in self diagnosis of issues, how-to guides and documentation to obtain better understanding of the product. Also responsible to manage and support the vendor teams working with GCP. Help with complex issues, insure training for them and maintain the productivity and quality metrics.
