About Gaurav Sodhani
I am currently working as Key Account Manager in Tirupati Area at Procter and Gamble. I have completed Post Graduate Diploma in Management(PGDM) in Marketing and Consulting from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai. I have been recognised in the Dean’s Merit list for being ranked among the Top 30 of the batch in academics. During this time, I was an active member of SPeak (Public speaking Club), SPrint(Annual Sports fest) and Spirituality in Action Committee. I participated in 2.5 week long international immersion at Esade Business School in Spain. This immersion gave me an outlook on business strategy, sustainability, social entrepreneurship, product management, digital transformation strategies and political and business landscape in EU and Spain. I worked as a Manager in Business Strategy with Drona Aviation, a Mumbai-based startup pioneering in manufacturing drones for education. I identified and defined 6 key business opportunity areas and formulated their execution strategies. I also designed an organisation structure and engaged in recruitment and onboarding of new hires. I did my rural internship with SRISTHI Cooperative Society in Kullu, Himachal Pradesh and curated a marketing and pricing strategy for their trekking business. Post this, I interned with P&G and worked on formulating market strategies to grow their India Wholesale channel which contributed to around 35% of their India business. Prior to this, I pursued Bachelor of Technology (Civil Engineering) from GITAM (Deemed to be University), Visakhapatanam, where I have been awarded two Gold Medals for exceptional academic performance. I served as President of the Entrepreneur\'s Club managing a team of 50+ members. I also pursued a diploma in Interior Design from the London School of Trends.
