Experienced Lean Agile Coach and SAFe Practice & Management Consultant excels in driving lean agile transformations and continuous improvement within engineering organizations, from leading automotive process teams to managing IoT projects.At MTB India, I’ve implemented Lean Agile practices across multiple teams, aligning with our mission to be a global center of excellence. My proficiency in Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, combined with servant leadership and design thinking, has allowed me to coach and mentor teams effectively, facilitating key SAFe ceremonies to enhance performance.Previously, I led IoT APM and EUC teams at Thermax Ltd, managing projects that significantly improved velocity and delivery times.
