About Gaurav Shiyal
I am a graduate student from Mumbai University currently pursuing my PGPM in Marketing from IBS Mumbai. I was previously a Marketing and Sales Intern at Aditya Birla Capital Mumbai. My work there consisted of Designing Marketing Ad Campaigns, Coordinating 3 various Market Research excluding the competitors, Performing Statistical/Factor Analysis( IBM SPSS ) for various research\'s to identify Consumer Behaviour, Creating Posters for Socal Media, I also Generated sales worth rs by Up-selling insurance. Also, I scored an \'A\' grade in my summer Internship. I was also a Business Development Intern at Alchemus which is a 20-year-old cloud-based company which provides automated HRMS software to organizations all over the world. My role there was to generate and communicate with leads from US/Canada/ Asia Pacific regions. Understand their pain points and give them a solution regarding the automation of HRMS be it Resource, Talent, Performance or Timesheet Management and then close the deal. I also did market research on various projects. I was also a Social Media Marketing Intern at an E-Commerce startup where I Initiated and Mediated with the marketing director to create digital campaigns for LinkedIn and Facebook, Worked on Affiliate marketing with Amazon & Flipkart, Developed unique & effective content- taglines, slogans, product launch ideas for banners, videos, Accelerated follower count on Facebook and generated reviews on google by effectively engaging with users and potential clients. I am passionate about Marketing and have experience in sales. I exhibit an entrepreneurial mindset, I am a good team player, and am eager to learn and adapt to a different environment.
