I\'m presently working at Mondelez as a People Experience Team lead-Baddi plant. Before Mondelez i was in Maruti Suzuki for about 4. 5 years where i got both plant and corporate function experience. Have about 3 years of work experience in IT Industry as a software engineer. Apart from that I was guest faculty at SPIPA, Ahmedabad (Government of Gujarat Organization) for about 2 years where I taught public administration. It is during this period I presented a paper at International Conference on relationship between public policy and poverty which was later published as a chapter in a book,\'Socio-Ecological Aspects of Development and Climate Change\' published by scholars press, Germany. I\'m fond of playing chess and Tennis and also hold Red Belt in Sailum Martial Arts. I also like mountaineering and have climbed Himalayas twice and 16,500 ft.
