Product Owner for Availability and Delivery Promise Product Areas of OMNI Channel retailing for a Footwear and Appeals Retailer based out of Europe. Core responsibilities are to own the product roadmap, build and add future capabilities for the product, enhance the existing capabilities while managing the products delivery and rollouts in global markets.>Offshore Program Manager for OMNI capability rollout for Vietnam and India market for a global Footwear and Appeals Retailer based out of Europe. Program was about enabling OMNI Channel Capabilities in emerging markets alongside enabling SAP backend by replacing the legacy OMS and finance solution. My Role was to lead the OMNI, SAP, Salesforce and many other teams to successfully rollout OMNI capabilities in these markets alongside managing stakeholders, communication and risks for the program.>Program Manager: for building Communities and Event Management Platform for a global Footwear and Appeals Retailer Head quartered in Europe. Leading the team to enable client to develop a global platform for building client communities and executing different events across the globe to enrich customer data profiles for better analytics.>Onsite Program Manager for OMNI capability rollout for emerging markets (Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Turkey) for a global Footwear and Appeals Retailer based out of Europe. Program was about enabling OMNI Channel Capabilities in emerging markets alongside enabling SAP backend by replacing the legacy OMS and finance solution. My role is to lead the OMNI team to successfully rollout OMNI capabilities in these markets alongside managing stakeholders, communication and risks for the program.>Offshore Program Manager for Global Data Harmonization Program for a global CPG company.
