In my role as a UIT Business Administration Service Desk Employee at OSU, I provide comprehensive IT technical support across 12 colleges within the university community. I manage and resolve ticket requests promptly, utilizing adept problem-solving skills to address diverse software and computer issues for clients. Additionally, I conduct technician training sessions to optimize software installation procedures and create instructional articles. My responsibilities also include managing computer builds, conducting imaging, backup, BIOS setup, and network provisioning to streamline deployment processes, leading to a 30% increase in productivity and a 20% reduction in support requests, thereby enhancing overall user satisfaction.As an Honors Ambassador at OSU, I am dedicated to promoting honors college initiatives and engaging with over 500 prospective students and partners.
