I am collaborating with Dr. Yushu Xia in her Soil Systems Lab to predict rocky terrain using topographical and remote sensing data. My project focuses on developing a clean, object-oriented machine learning pipeline that tracks experiments and optimizes hyperparameters using Weights and Biases. I am developing and comparing tree-based models, including Decision Trees, Random Forests, Extra Trees, and Gradient Boosting Trees.
