About Gaurav Gandhi

With 30 years of experience in Operations and specialization in Quality, I have experience in medical devices, in-vitro meddev, automotive, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, aerospace, food, distributors, and many other industries. My specialization is implementing quality systems and working on continuous improvement projects. Over the course of my career, I have implemented several dozen quality management systems. I am a certified internal auditor for ISO 13485, EU MDR, MDSAP, IVDR, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. I am qualified in 21 CFR 820, CFR 11, ISO 14971, AS 9100D, AS 9120B, and FOOD standards (SQF, FSSC, AIB), including HACCP analysis. I am also certified to perform training on ISO standards, Lead Auditor, PPAP, and Problem-Solving (both in-person and virtual). I currently teach at the Fox Valley Technical College in the area of Quality Management. I also help put together Techincal Documentation for regulatory submissions for CE marking for medical devices and in vitro medical devices (MDD/MDR and IVDD/IVDR). As part of the LSS and continuous improvement work, I have led/coached/mentored 1,500+ Lean Six Sigma (LSS) projects and training sessions helping companies save/grow over $1.2 Billion.
