In 2020, I was working a full time CFO job and writing on LinkedIn during lockdown with no plan. Just stories from my career- Things I had seen- decisions I had made- mistakes I had lived through. Finance leaders started reading them. They would message me saying they felt like I was writing about their life. One client signed me. Then another. Then people started booking calls. But the moment I knew something was working when founders started calling my founder (the CEO of the company i was working with) asking about me. I was NOT looking for visibility. I was just being honest about what I knew. That is what I help finance leaders do now. Most CFOs I work with are technically excellent. They have earned their seat at the table. But outside their own organisation, nobody knows they exist. They are not getting called. They are not being thought of when the interesting opportunities come up. Their thinking never leaves the building. I help them change that. By helping them figure out how they actually think, what they have actually learned, and how to say it in a way that makes the right people stop and pay attention. I spent 20 years inside global finance at companies like Dentsu, WPP, Publicis and Silverpush. I know what a CFO\'s day actually looks like. I know the decisions they carry. I know why they do not have time to figure out personal branding on top of everything else. That background is why my clients trust me with their professional reputation. Today I work with CFOs and senior finance leaders across 20+ countries. The work is remote, one to one, and built around what each person actually needs.
