I am a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveying professional, having recently completed my MSc Quantity Surveying programme, accredited by RICS, CIOB, and CABE, equipping me with industry-recognised qualifications and a strong foundation in cost management, procurement, contract administration (JCT & NEC), tendering, and BIM.During my studies, I developed hands-on skills in cost planning, bills of quantities, feasibility studies, and risk management, applying these across a range of construction project scenarios. I am proficient in industry tools, including CostX, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Excel.I am currently pursuing my RICS APC and am actively seeking Graduate Quantity Surveyor or Assistant QS roles across a broad range of sectors, including residential, commercial, infrastructure, and refurbishment, on both consultancy and contractor sides.I am open to opportunities across the whole of the UK and am eager to contribute to project delivery, grow commercially, and work towards achieving chartered status with RICS.
