Prosper\'s online marketplace lending platform has facilitated the originations of over 1 million loans with an aggregate balance of $14 billion. The Prosper Platform offers fixed rate, fully amortizing unsecured consumer loans ranging from terms of 2 - 5 years, as well as Heloc, Credit Card, and Investor Products. Lead Acquisition, Growth, and Investor Software Engineering organization. Growth Software Engineering is playing a key role in driving the company’s growth as we are scaling as a multi-product company. Specifically, Growth Engineering is responsible for 1). bringing more quality visitors to our web platform through partnerships, direct mail, digital marketing, and SEO, 2). converting more visitors into applicants, 3). increasing the lifetime value of applicants, 4). providing tools and capabilities (e.g. A/B testing framework, analytics tooling) that support product, UX, and marketing teams. I work directly with peers across Product, Growth, Marketing, Analytics, Legal, Customer Support, BizOps, Capital Markets, and Design as a member of the Growth Vertical leadership team and serve as a leader on the Engineering management team. The investor engineering team is responsible for the entire investor journey on the platform including onboarding, verification, publishing, funding, portfolio, auto-invest, and dashboards for retail and institutional investors. Key responsibilities:* Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop medium and long-term roadmaps and drive key prioritization decisions.* Drive engineering excellence through continuous improvement, growing, and empowering technical leadership.* Champion operational excellence with a dedication to outstanding, reliable, and easy-to-maintain products.* Build and develop a high-performing team of engineering leaders and engineers who operate with high standards and an outsized sense of ownership * Provide support and guidance to other managers within lending Engineering.
