I have been part of Global Audit Teams and has done audits across the world. I am SAP specialist. Have run factories having turnover of USD 300 Mn as well as set up plant for USD 100 Mn. I am specialist in Foreign Trade policy and expert in govnt liasioning and handling complex govnt policy matters. I have strong experience to run complex processes and drive operational efficiencies. Besides this I have experience to handle B2B business and customer negotiations.In 2nd half of my career i have worked with Promoters directly, BK Birla Group i.e. Late Ms Manju Shree Khaitan, RJ Corp. i.e. Ravi Jaipuria, Mars Foods(Earlier Tasty Bite Eatables Ltd) i.e. Ashok Vasudevan and Ravi Nigam, Reliance. I have done M&A for around USD 1 Bn and is expert in Due Diligence. I understand how to drive Market Capitalization and Share Valuation and has done valuation drive of USD 600 Mn in my earlier stint s CEO (Share Price journey from Rs 400 to Rs 22k in 7 years).I am superb in Building Great Teams, Solid Processes, Driving Execution Excellence and Building Wealth for Shareholders and Promoters
