My work sits at the intersection of three things most advisors treat separately: climate risk quantification, decarbonisation strategy, and third-party assurance.In practice, that means I’ve helped energy companies build physical risk models aligned to NGFS scenarios, guided industrial conglomerates through SBTi target validation and submission, designed GHG inventories across complex Scope 3 value chains, and provided ISAE and ISAE 3410 assurance over sustainability disclosures for banks.What I’ve learned doing this work across KPMG and PwC, across sectors from power infrastructure to financial services, and across geographies from India to West Africa: the gap is almost never ambition. It’s architecture. Most organisations have a net zero commitment.
