Strong problem-solving, verbal and written skills, with particular emphasis on clear, detailed business requirements and Functional specifications • Ensure specialized testing methodologies, tools and templates are applied where appropriate • Ensure test environments are properly established with the appropriate tools in place to control and monitor end-to-end testing to ensure quality solutions • Mentor, support and regularly engage test personnel to ensure adherence to test procedures and enhance the organization’s project capabilities • Participate in post-implementation project reviews to determine the achievement of project objectives and lessons learned for future projects
