   GenAI Projects at AWSFrontline GenAI for Support Engineers — Architected and shipped a full-stack GenAI assistant for support engineers, combining a React/TypeScript conversational UI with Python/TypeScript backend microservices. Implemented a RAG pipeline (document chunking, embeddings, vector indexing, async orchestration with SQS/Lambda, state in DynamoDB/S3). Added security guardrails (IAM, encryption, redaction) and audit trails. Partnered with UX/product to launch A/B experiments and integrated automated + human-in-the-loop evaluation to continuously improve accuracy and reduce hallucination rates.Formatting Agent — Designed a Lambda-based API service using Claude 3 Haiku via Amazon Bedrock to standardize responses across agent teams. Applied guardrails and JSON validation (Pydantic, regex), enforced style/tone/persona rules, and secured via API Gateway (SigV4/SigV4a)+ service principal authorization. Delivered sub-5s latency, error handling, CloudWatch monitoring, and eliminated duplicated formatting logic—becoming part of the GenAI golden path for reusable AI services.Live Chat Summarization & Auto-Draft Service — Built and led a real-time summarization and drafting platform with React/TypeScript UI, Node.js/Lambda/SQS backend, and Bedrock LLM orchestration. Partnered with applied science to close model accuracy gaps. Added evaluation pipelines and feedback loops, reducing manual drafting effort and accelerating case resolution.
