I work with organizations to reimagine employee health, benefits, and rewards for an AI-driven workplace, where workforce resilience, productivity, and experience are as critical as cost and compliance.With 20+ years across Total Rewards, Benefits, Insurance, and Digital Strategy, I’ve seen how legacy benefit models built for stable roles and predictable risks are misaligned with today’s digital, AI-augmented work environment. My perspective was shaped further through academic exposure at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, grounding enterprise benefits strategy in population health, access, and risk.I focus on designing future-ready benefits ecosystems, advancing inclusive coverage across mental health, critical illness, gender-affirming care, congenital conditions, and emerging therapies embedding equity and outcomes into benefits design.Alongside digitization, I actively work on next-generation AI applications for HR and benefits, including decision-support, personalization, and workforce health analytics. I’ve led and advised on secure, scalable platforms for Flexible Benefits and Total Rewards across APAC and IMEA, with adoption, trust, and privacy by design at the core.I engage with CHROs and CXOs shaping the future of employee health, rewards, and AI-enabled workforce strategy.
