Building HomieHyra — a platform that helps people rent products instead of buying them for short-term use. We started with baby gear rentals such as strollers, cribs, car seats, and high chairs across Delhi NCR, Agra, and Satna, solving real problems like high costs, short usage cycles, and storage issues for parents. I’m actively managing end-to-end operations including inventory, pricing, logistics, delivery, and customer experience, while also building and scaling the platform across web and backend systems. Alongside this, I focus on customer acquisition through Instagram, WhatsApp, and direct outreach, and handle on-ground execution like packing, sanitization, and fulfillment. Currently working towards improving unit economics, optimizing delivery efficiency, and expanding HomieHyra into a broader rental marketplace beyond baby gear.
