Support delivery of various key Reward activities such as variable pay pool modelling, buildingand implementing fixed pay ranges, market benchmarking analysis, annual pay review reportingand analytics for the HSBC Group.• Developed and managed FRP budget models for fixed pay, and establishing monthly baselinesfor variable pay, supporting financial forecasting and compensation strategy alignment. Performfinancial modelling and cost analysis for current and proposed total rewards programs,providing recommendations based on data-driven insights.• Managing survey submissions to external data vendors (eg AON, WTW), analyse results, andprovide insights to guide compensation strategy.• Support preparation and completion of critical dashboards / reports for Group or Globalcompensation specialist teams. Understand the data needs and utilise HSBC systems toconsolidate compensation data required and complete relevant reports/analytics.• Led the development of Power BI dashboards to consolidate data from multiple sources,delivering real-time insights for the Group and Global Compensation teams.• Utilised Power BI and Excel VBA to automate key reports and enhance data accuracy, reducingmanual efforts by 50%.• Collaborated with HR teams to ensure data integrity, facilitating smooth communicationbetween HR Reporting and COEs.• Analysed compensation trends, providing actionable recommendations for enhancing rewardprograms and maintaining competitive compensation practices.
