Working for Health Insurance business of Aditya Birla Capital, joined the group in 2013 as a key member of team working that time to set health insurance business (A JV between ABC and MMI Holding of South Africa). Played instrumental role during project stage including feasibility study of business, market research, product development, lincensing process and setting initial team ans systems.Post launch in 2015 heading the function of Provider management and Group & Affinity Business Operations. Provider Network includes - staretegic tie ups with heath care insttitiutions pan India including hospitals, labs and pharmacies, Tie- up and managing relationship with TPAs, managing pre-policy and wellness functions, Tie- up with tech partners in space of health and insurance.Under the area of Group Business Operations, repsonsibilities include- end to end servicing of group and Affinity policies, relationship management with concerned stakeholders including brokers, performance mgt of TPAs and other vendors, Business reporting and Audit.Headed Claims function in difficult period of Covid wave 1 and 2. Currently heading Provider Network and Health and chronic care Management function.
