1) Currently Working With Bosch Ltd. since June, 2019Job Details-Responsible for Meeting Sales targets of spare parts of CV/PC/2W & Automotive batteries in assigned territory. Presently Handling Lucknow upcountry market in Faizabad/Akbarpur/Gonda/Balrampur and based at Lucknow and driving business with three distributors.Responsible for primary & secondary channel development at white spots.Driving demand generation activities with our distributors in market to increase depth and breadth of distribution.Driving Bosch Automotive Batteries sales project for our Zonal office.Monitoring and mentoring our distributors team sales performance and developing their skills.Independent visit on retailers/mechanics/neutral workshops for market understanding.Implementing hygienic practices and proper policy implementation at authorized channels.2) Presently working with mahindra first choice wheels Ltd and responsibiles for stores development, management and achieving sales targets. Increasing exchange penetration at new car dealerships, BTL/ ATL activities, process adherence audit at dealerships, claims verification, broker management, payments collection, and achieving numbers for other ancillary business kits being rolled out time to time.3) Worked in battery industry (Amara Raja Batteries) for 5yrs 9 months, having experience in marketing, sales, projects, commercial activities, team handling, channel development, institutional sales, direct sales and channel sales, telecom operations, organising seminars and customer training programs. etc.
