Joined Accenture on 3rd March 2016.Was working with Infosys IT Infrastructure Management Service since 7th April 2015 to till date. Excellent hands on “Service Now”, L1/L2 support, issues related to outlook, Active Directory,VMware and Desktop related issues. Our team is first point of contact to Harley-Davidson employees. We resolve their queries by creating ticket and get them resolved with the help of other teams like Desktop, Wintel, Storage, Operations, As400 etc. We report if any outage arises and follow until it gets resolved. We also track flow of ticket as it proceeds within different teams IT infrastructure.
