I’m a B.Tech graduate (2024) in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Christ University, Bangalore, with a solid foundation in electronics and a strong interest in solving real-world problems through technology. I’ve published a research paper in the Antenna Society and completed a hands-on internship at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), where I worked on avionics and weapon system components for fighter aircraft, improving reliability and reducing maintenance downtime.Currently, I’m working at EY as an Associate Quality Analyst, where I’m actively involved in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) processes. My role includes ensuring process compliance, maintaining service quality, supporting ITIL-based practices, and identifying improvement areas within service delivery frameworks. I collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor workflows, address quality gaps, and support operational excellence in client-facing environments.
