1.To maintain inspection scheduling plan for all inspections.2.To maintain and responsible for all inspection documents and quaries.3.To monitor and followup for internal and final inspection.4. Approved sample arrangement for final inspection.5.To Maintain Internal & External Inspection Monitoring Sheet.6. Ensure the process are going will at floor by coordinating with QCI.7. Maintain WI and SOP for floors.Provide training of defects we were found at process as well as in final inpections.8.Maintain the display boards of floors.9.Attending Daily Quality Review Meeting.Specific Responsibilities:1.To conduct MRM on all fail and pass inspections with defect analysis.2.To fill the CAPA and customer claim Action Plan.3.To monitor Defects with Pareto Chart, Pie Chart & Line Chart for Data Analysis.4. Responsible for CAPA and also provide trainings to Checker and operators.5.Any other Responsibility given by Management/R.O Time to time.
