I am a Service Designer with 10 years of experience in Service design, Product Management, digital and business Strategy. I have delivered projects in diverse organisations in the public sector, private sector and startups in a human-centred way.I am a future-oriented, critical, and curious mindset who has developed a human-centred and research-oriented design thinking practice in designing services, systems, and experiences that address the core needs of all people and the planet. My approach to service design is always to change people\'s lives for the better. I always keep empathy and care as the primary values in my process. I can contribute at each phase of the design process; from research, concept development, strategy to getting to pilot. I use journey maps, mindset maps, storyboards, empathy maps, and service blueprints as methods to develop insights about customer needs, expectations, pain points and opportunities.
