With Approx 22 years of experience spanning across Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps/DevSecOps, IAC, Service Delivery, Program & Project Management, Disaster Recovery Management, Stakeholders Management, Team Building and Leadership, I lead a group of managers and engineers who deliver complex cloud-based solutions using public cloud (GCP, AWS) and on-premises hosting services, leveraging DevOps practices. Leadership is at the core of my approach. I\'ve held diverse leadership roles, such as Senior Service delivery leader, Director of DevOps, Senior Manager, Manager, Technical Account Manager, and Tech Lead. My leadership style is that of a servant leader, where I prioritize motivating and empowering my teams to achieve excellence.I started my career post engineering graduation, as System administration and have worked on core Systems and Storage and Backup technologies during the first 10 years of my career in On prem Datacenters, while learning cloud (AWS, GCP) technologies, DevOps tools on career path. I believe in the power of a growth mindset. In addition to achieving various technical certifications (like AWS Associate Architect and Symantec etc), I\'ve invested in my core management skills by completing programs such as the Harvard Business School Certification and PGDBA from Symbiosis. I\'m committed to staying up-to-date with evolving technologies and management best practices.My vision is encapsulated in the belief that \"you win when your team wins.\" As a servant leader, I\'m dedicated to helping my teams achieve their objectives and driving best practices learned throughout my career.
