As part of a turnkey MES implementation for a leading API manufacturing Greenfield facility in India, I played a key role in deploying Siemens Simatic Batch within a Distributed Control System (DCS) environment, seamlessly integrated with Opcenter MES. Leveraging BIL (Batch Integration Layer), we enabled real-time data acquisition and robust synchronization between MES and Simatic Batch to support recipe-driven execution. The solution featured end-to-end integration with SAP, ensuring streamlined enterprise connectivity. The MES backend was powered by PostgreSQL, supporting scalable and efficient data handling throughout the manufacturing lifecycle-EBR designing, testing,Troubleshooting in Siemens Opcenter Execution Pharma version 6.2, 2211, 2305, 2311, 2405-Worked on Integration of DCS(PCS7) with MES (Opcenter) using BIL configuration and Simatic Batch-Hands on experience on MES MBR designing in WERUM PAS|X 3.1.8-Good knowledge of SAP, LIMS-Handled various instruments involved in downstream process like TFF (PALL, Millipore, Sartorius-WinCC) Chromatography system (Cytiva, Millipore),Centrifuge, LAF, Autoclave (Sterdil, ICOS, Machin fabrik) Integrity System (Sartorius, PALL) CIP-SIP skid (Praj Hipurity-WinCC), Vial washing and Filling machine, Sealing machine, Lyophilizer- Good knowledge of 21CFR, GMP,GDP,QMS system.
