I am a Mechanical Design Engineer with over 2 years of experience in 3D CAD, product design, and manufacturing support. My core strength lies in using SolidWorks to create functional, cost-effective, and production-ready designs. I currently work full-time at Jayashree ElectroDevices Pvt. Ltd, Pune, where I’ve led the development of electromechanical products like Pull Cord Switches, Limit Switches, and monitoring systems for conveyor applications. These projects have resulted in faster prototyping, fewer revisions, and significant cost savings on the shop floor.Alongside my job, I actively work as a freelance CAD designer, offering services such as 3D modeling, sheet metal design, technical drawings, product rendering, and CAD training. I’ve delivered over 200 personal and client-based projects across industries, ranging from plastic consumer products to industrial enclosures and mechanical components. My freelance work allows me to collaborate with startups, students, and R&D teams, helping them bring ideas to life using precise, production-oriented CAD workflows.I am a Certified SolidWorks Professional (CSWP) and a recognized SolidWorks Champion. My technical knowledge includes advanced modeling, surfacing, assemblies, animation, GD & T, PDM, BOM, and ISO 9001:2015 practices. I also have a strong interest in design for manufacturing, quality processes, and documentation.I actively lead the Aurangabad SOLIDWORKS User Group, where I organize training sessions, workshops, and design discussions to support the engineering community.
