Working on Plot Planning Equipment Layout And Develop plant layout, Site plan and equipment placement plans. • Create pipe routing in 3D software,Good Knowledge of project documentation (Chemical process Designing, Plot Planning, PFD & UFD, Equipment Layout, P & ID, Line List, Piping Drawing And other Documentation). • Prepare CCOE Drawing As per Explosive Act, 1884. • Detailed Drafting of equipment, Pipeline, Fabrication details As Per IS 2102 code And GD & T. • Prepare detailed P & IDs • Review mechanical design standards and specifications, utilizing industry and safety best practices. • Good Knowledge of Tank Farm and Dyke Wall Calculation, Design of Traverses (NAT & VIFT), Pipe Size & Thickness Calculation, Pump Selection, Insulation Thickness Calculation And Mitre Bend Calculation. • Good Knowledge of fabrication Activities, Welding Types, Piping Lining, Piping Support -Primary & Secondary supports (Hanger, Clamps, Strap, Saddle, Slide Supports.) • Coordinate with other engineering Team to Prepare SLD drawing, Cable Tray Layout, Deluge system & Sprinkler Plan. Ensure the quality and technical accuracy of engineering design • Monitor field construction during fabrication and erection activities and Prepare AS-BUILD drawing after Completion of project.
