Accountable for regularly updating senior management on program/project performance, including the identification of issues, risks, threats, and opportunities, along with providing detailed analysis, recommendations, and recovery plans. Ensuring a clear definition of scope, design parameters, and project/program objectives, while incorporating best practices and lessons learned into schedules, and budgets, and establishing specific project procedures and plans. Conducting structured project and program reviews to maintain the quality and effectiveness of Risk Registers containing 10 –15+ active risks, and overseeing the development and execution of mitigation and avoidance plans to reduce schedule and cost exposure. Providing leadership to an integrated project team, including members from Engineering, Quality, Cost Planning, and Scheduling, overseeing their assigned tasks, and holding overall accountability for the success of the entire project/program. Actively managing 8 –10+ vendors and purchase orders, holding suppliers accountable to committed PO delivery dates and minimizing downstream impacts to project schedules. Making sure the cost planning team has forecasting/ accrual information from a vendor to identify CPI and conclude the project on a monthly basis. Proactively identifying potential challenges and collaborating with fellow managers and vendors to address issues that could impact the program/project\'s success. Formulating strategies and presenting solutions to relevant stakeholders for consensus. Responsible for managing vital components for nuclear reactors like Calandria tubes, Pressure tubes, spacers, closure plugs, shield plugs and Calandria tube Inserts. Maintaining compliance with four pillars of nuclear safety (Reactor, Industrial, Radiological, and Environmental) and upholding Bruce Power’s Safety First - Our Number One Value.

I have effectively managed a diverse project portfolio valued over $155M, applying advanced project management strategies to ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and strong stakeholder alignment. My experience includes working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams across North America, the UK, China, and India, as well as leading remote teams based in the USA, Canada, and India. I have also supported business development and strategic partnerships by representing organizations at major industry trade shows such as ACT Expo, SEMA, and the Work Truck Show.
