About Gaurav Mishra
With over 14 years of experience in software development including 5 years into Leadership roles, I am a Principal Engineer at Stryker. Styker established in 1941 is the leading healthcare firm with immense values and deep mission. Vocera Care Mobility vertical at Stryker has been pioneer in clinical coordination and communication and is at forefront of critical communication across caregivers and patients in top hospitals across various geographical locations. My role here involves architecting systems primarily revolving around mobility, taking technical decisions and leading the team along with keeping technology, streamlined processes and best scalable architecture in forefront. This role comes with Stakeholder management, cross team collaboration, working with global team. I was previously, Principal Engineer at Ola Electric which has disrupted the two wheeler EV market in India. My role in Ola involves design and architecture discussions, iOS Ola Electric app improvements, ensuring seamless integration of new features and guidance to team members for removing their technical roadblocks. Apart from mainstream product requirements, I layout a roadmap for internal engineering tasks. I have also worked as Tech Lead - iOS at MediBuddy, a digital healthcare platform that connects users with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and wellness services. I am responsible for leading the iOS development team technical design and architectural discussions, designing and developing high-quality mobile applications, and ensuring the best user experience and performance. I have expertise in Swift, RxSwift, ObjectiveC, Git, iOS development, and various frameworks and tools. Previously, I worked as a Senior Software Developer at Directi, where I contributed to products like Flock, a team communication app, and Titan, an email client. I also have experience in developing in-house and R&D mobile applications for ACME Cleantech Solution and automobile ecommerce app Droom and healthcare app HealthTap with LetsGoMo (acquired by Snapdeal), as well as cloud-based solutions for IDrive Software.
