   As Head of GCE, I lead the Governance, Controls, and Excellence function within the COO’s domain, driving strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, strengthen the control environment, and ensure sustainable business performance. My role includes end-to-end support to the organization through strategic planning, budgeting, performance monitoring, and execution oversight across Operations, Customer Retention, and IT.In addition to governance and excellence, I also oversee Data Quality Control and Regulatory Reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting to stakeholders and regulators.
