actively participate in puduct design review and mould process FMEA ensuring.•mould development follow up and to take mould trials at tool makers end and documentation optimazisation and standardization of mould making process corrective action of mould with respect to trials observation part inspection and customer feedback of sample.•opportunity to improve the moulding of the required product.• study of mould design review and construction review meeting with product engineers mould, mould designer and mould maker.• review of DFM Mould flow analysis. •actively participate in investigation development and qualification of mould design documents, cad data and RFQfor sending to supplier for the new mould quotation.• responsible for making PO/PR. procure design of injection mould on time and within the budget price at the acceptable quality associated with the project program.
