Gaurav is working as an Assistant Vice President at EXL India. Previously, he was with Tata Communications Ltd, as a Product Manager in the Talent Management (HR transformation) team where his role was to execute strategies for aligning AI-powered tools with organizational goals. He also worked on developing insights into using AI for workforce planning and analytics in talent acquisition. He equipped the HR teams with the knowledge and skills to leverage AI effectively in recruitment and talent retention. All of this revolutionized the company\'s talent development, retention and internal mobility strategy.
