Oversee project execution, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.Raising Purchase Requisitions, create reservations, generate material codes, and follow up with the commercial department for timely procurement with PO.Handle vendors responsible for green belt maintenance, perform monthly inspections, and ensure invoicing is processed for maintenance work.Supervise and manage a team of executives, delegating tasks to ensure project deadlines are met.Documentation of reports, presentations (MRM), audits, meetings, and management review, monthly progress reports.Reporting to Environment and Operation General Managers on all activities related to green belt and landscape development.Ensuring adherence to safety standards on-site. Coordinate team training on best horticultural practices.
