Involved in Health, Safety, Security and Environment Policy of the Company with additional Environment Management Systems being applied on Company vessels. Performing the duties of a Safety & Security Officer in compliance with the ISM/ISPS codes and preparation of risk assessments for shipboard tasks. Leadership and management of a varied Multinational workforce of Officers and Crew & Effective interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with shore personnel Worldwide. Good working relationship developed with Petrobras. Experienced in docking & lay-up of Oil tankers in Istanbul, Portugal and Malta. Extensive tank cleaning for grade change as well as shipyard preparation, CAS/CAP for docking/refits of Company vessels. Trained on various types/sizes of Oil Tankers and carriage of Petroleum Products/Crude Oil. Experienced in Crude oil washing, Tank cleaning, Ship to Ship Transfer Operations lightering and troubleshooting and analytical skills.
