Manage reservations, bookings, and cancellations through online portals, emails, and calls. • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth travel/hospitality arrangements. • Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, and payment receipts in compliance with company policies. • Assist in daily financial reconciliation, expense tracking, and revenue reporting. • Monitor outstanding payments, follow up with clients for dues, and support in accounts receivable/payable management. • Maintain accurate financial records for bookings and assist in month-end closing. • Support finance team in preparing MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts related to reservations. • Ensure compliance with taxation (GST/Service Tax) on bookings and financial transactions. • Provide customer support by resolving queries related to bookings, refunds, and billing issues.
