I am an emerging pharmaceutical professional with growing, hands-on experience in Quality Control and laboratory operations. Currently, I am working as an apprentice at Lupin Pharmaceuticals (Unit-3 QC Dermal, Pithampur), where I am involved in practical activities such as sampling, analysis, documentation, and routine lab procedures under GMP-compliant conditions. This role has been instrumental in developing my understanding of how quality is ensured at every level of drug development. Prior to this, I completed industrial training at Symbiotec Pharmalab, Pigdamber (Rau), where I was introduced to key areas of pharmaceutical manufacturing, analytical techniques, and regulatory guidelines. I gained foundational exposure to instruments like HPLC, UV, and dissolution testing systems, as well as SOP documentation and environmental monitoring. These experiences have shaped both my technical knowledge and my respect for precision in pharma operations. What truly distinguishes my approach is my deep-rooted passion for patient care. While I work behind the scenes in quality control, I never lose sight of the people we ultimately serve — the patients. This perspective motivates me to approach every task, whether it’s a simple assay or a complex analysis, with integrity and purpose. For me, ensuring drug safety and efficacy isn’t just a process — it’s a commitment to human well-being. I’m naturally detail-oriented, inquisitive, and always eager to learn. Whether it’s interpreting data or understanding new regulatory expectations, I believe that learning never stops in the pharma industry. I seek out opportunities to improve, adapt, and contribute meaningfully to a team that values quality, transparency, and scientific rigor. Looking ahead, I am interested in expanding my career in areas like Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, or Clinical Research, where I can apply both my technical background and my patient-first mindset.
