Responsible for supplier Evaluation, selection, development and management. Conducting Supplier negotiation and developing allocation plan with optimum contract terms Preparation of annual budget and quarterly estimates of Raw / Packing material prices Work closely with the product development team for effective New product development (NPD) Minimize the write off risk in close coordination with all stakeholders Managing Supplier performance for top strategic supplier in selected categories Executing supply chain risk mitigation plan Master data management for efficient functioning of material requirement planning ( MRP) Overseeing the detail planning, forecasting, scheduling & procurement for RM, PM and Chemicals with help of Production Plan/ Available Stock in Plant/ In-transit and Bill of Material (BOM) of SKUs wise.
