Overseeing the management and maintenance of solar assets to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. Strategizing and implementing maintenance plans based on performance analysis and data-driven decisions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and innovation. Developing and implementing strategies to enhance asset performance and longevity. Responsible for contract management and co-ordination with cross team for drafting of the O&M contract. Developing and formalizing multiple Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for critical O&M activities, such asmodule cleaning (manual and automated methods), tracker maintenance, lightning arrester replacement,breakdown maintenance, Hand Over and Take Over (HOTO) Process and Proactive Maintenance. Closing the technical concurrence points with O&M contractors, ensuring alignment on critical aspects such asplant availability and plant performance ratio targets. Drive and ensure safety in carrying out the activities at project sites. Understand the O&M contracts and various guarantee/warranty clause applicable to the equipment/ system/services. Ensure contractual obligations to various equipment supplier/OEM/service provider resulting risk free projects/assets. Lead continuous improvement initiatives and take actions towards de-risking the assets in the long run of theiroperational life cycle. Reduce unplanned downtime of the plant through proactive measures.
