Conduct interactive sessions with contractors/contract employee to promote HSE policy. Oversee day-to-day operations of PNG/CNG preventive & breakdown maintenance. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and safety personnel,to ensure seamless coordination of operations and maintenance activities. Resolution of customer complaints within timeline and handling emergency response team to address unforeseen incidents. Co-ordination with external stakeholders, contractors and other utility companies for safe execution of work. Terminal monitoring of CGS Wadala related Gas consumption and Pressure as per the allocation from Marketing team. Ensure availability of all requisite tools, services and tackles, spares for Preventive & breakdown maintenance. Maintaining all documents and asset monitoring reports. Processing of vendor\'s invoices in SAP. Project Team- Provide timely intimation of proposed gas line/ asset diversion, commissioning. Asset Integrity- Take suggestions for deviations from COP at site execution. CRM- Provide necessary information to resolve customer complaints. Ensure timely receipt of permit of work from statutory authorities. Ensure proper maintenance of gas network and repair damage of gas lines to provide uninterrupted supply to customers. Maintain gas losses within specified limits. Ensure compliance to PNGRB guideline. Prepare NROs and follow up for approval from competent authority for activities like steel pipeline laying, steel valve replacement above ground modification and diversions. Ensure corrosion mitigations by keeping contracts for painting and coating in place. Ensure repair of damaged steel pipelines and cleaning and maintenance of steel valve chambers.
