I bring 10 years of experience spanning marketing and growth - from a global MNC, to 10-n startups, to a 0-1 journey. Along the way, I\'ve had the chance to see pretty much every part of how to grow a business. I\'ve acquired customers, and I\'ve helped retain them. I\'ve spoken to consumers one-on-one while at dealer stores, I\'ve also reached out to them at scale through performance and email channels. I\'ve guided content strategy on how to talk to consumers, and I\'ve built dashboards to tell us how they behave across platforms. What I\'ve learnt is that nothing succeeds without -1. I\'m great at building dashboards and analysing data to understand consumer behaviour. I also believe it\'s critical to build high performance teams that keep growing the size of their charter.
