o Primary ownership of the Ti/TiN backend loop for the ADI Limerick fab defect team. Daily responsibility includes managing SPC violations & hold lot disposition, excursion control, trend analysis, SPC limit calculations, rootcause analysis, performing tool commonality, Tool ANOVA, and more.o Product Engineering support for Limerick and Beaverton Fab for the hold lot dispositions at Probe. Performing rootcause and systematic analysis using techniques such as Bin to PT, WAT & defect correlation, Datalog distribution, checking test and site dependencies etc.o Analysing the post electrical yield loss data and coordinating with multiple stake holder for the yield improvement of the Beaverton Fab by reducing PAT, manual ink and scrap.o Other project includes 0.5 µm technology transfer support from TSMC to ADLK fab, AI model training for auto defect classification, automatic report generation and management for KPI’s.
