I am a Seed Care Application Specialist at Syngenta, working across North India (Amritsar region) with a strong focus on seed treatment application, field validation and trials and product demonstrations.My role involves on-field execution and technical support to ensure correct and effective use of seed care products, improving seed performance, crop establishment, and farmer confidence. I actively support field trials, demo planning, data observation, and result communication to drive product adoption at the seed companies, farmer and channel level.I work closely with seed companies and farmers providing application guidance, dosage standardization, and troubleshooting support. My responsibilities also include engagement of seed companies and farmer meetings to strengthen technical awareness and market penetration.With a background in Agronomy (M.Sc.), I bring a strong understanding of crop production, seed quality, and field-level challenges, enabling me to bridge the gap between research, product strategy, and practical farming solutions. I am passionate about delivering science-backed, field-validated solutions that create value for farmers, partners, and the organization, while continuously learning and growing within the seed care and agronomy domain.
