As a Tax Credit Asset Manager, i am involved in Community Lending and Investment team as a LIHTC Asset Manager.Responsibilities include-Assessing property and partnership risks as they relate to compliance with Section 42 guidelines, partnership terms, loan documents and corporate guidelines-Reviewing 8609s-Financial analysis of property operations as required by the partnerships\' current lifecycle status (stabilized, at risk)-Collection and review of annual tax returns, and credit/loss affirmation/reprojection-Collection and analysis of annual audited financial statements, and subsequent cash flow analysis and collection-Timely communication of changes in property operations, litigation, or other risk indicators-Evaluate GP/Management Company/Accountant/ Financing change requests-Coordinate third party physical inspections and tenant file audits;
