Demand Planning-Analyze historical sales data to identify trends, seasonality, and sales patterns.• Develop and maintain demand forecasts using statistical modeling techniques and software.• Responsible for collecting Revenue Forecast Inputs from Sales Team, then distributing, reviewing it at plant level and ensure it is correctly distributed. • Monitor and report on forecast accuracy and identify reasons for forecast variances.• Adjust demand plans based on inventory levels, changes in customer demand, and supply chain disruptions.• Work closely with supply chain and procurement teams to align demand forecasts with supply capabilities.• Participate in Sales and Operations Planning (S & OP) meetings to review forecasts and make necessary adjustments.• Monitor/analyze sales history, report forecast changes. Develop the process of creating forecasts and replenishment plans for the region. Ensure approved 12 months demandforecast is updated timely every month in Anaplan, our demand planning system.• Scheduling regular forecast review meetings with country managers / Sales directors to identify new opportunity and risk and provide monthly update.Supply Planning-Handling ~ 3500 SKU’s,$9 M monthly business for Plant in India, Germany• Handling 22 Suppliers from APAC, EMEA, US Region.• Interaction with sales, SIOP team for demand management and supplier side to resolve constraints to match demand.• Planning the material based on consumption and for branch requirement and issuing purchase order to the vendor.• Excess Inventory Liquidation project initiated for Eaton EMEA, US regions and 260 K$.Involved in SAP Implementation for EMEA sites in activities like Data cleansing, Item parameters review, supplier codes, Incoterms, status review. Dual source item review for different COO. Also involved in I/C scope validation, test data rehearsals, Data validation and UAT Tests as an SME.
