Responsibilities:•Create a strategic plan outlining key milestones, timelines, and deliverables for IDC Internal & Custom Events.•Support the project management and localization for the event delivery of keynote sessions by working in partnership with internal stakeholders in Conferences and Research & external vendors across multiple event portfolios.•Co-ordination with Conference Specialists, Managers and MEA Conference team for successful event execution.•Manage all administration, budgets and logistics at IDC events.•Manage, introduce and coordinate with Event Suppliers like Audio Visual / Booth / Printers / Digital and Print Branding.•Oversee logistical aspects, including room setup, audiovisual equipment, and catering.•Manage Events & Conference budgets, achieve profit target for IDC conferences.•Develop and manage the conference program, ensuring a well-balanced and cohesive schedule.•Create promotional materials, manage social media campaigns, and engage with potential attendees.•Oversee attendee communication, including confirmation emails and event details.•Travel to events as required and co-ordinate all aspects of on-site operations.•Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with the event.•Integrate innovative ideas and technologies to enhance the conference experience.
