Automating multiple reports in Tableau and QuickSight to reflect different KPI trends resulting in accurate labor and capacity planning for sort centers driving increased revenue for the network and reduce attrition by 5% per quarter. Driving labor planning process for multiple North American sort centers highlighting capacity risks and mitigation mechanisms in close partnership with Regional Directors, General Managers, HR and Finance.
